Object moving & resizing

The NudgePal applet adds a palette that allows the selected object(s) to be nudged into a new position by use of arrow buttons. The amount the selected object(s) are nudged is adjustable from the Nudge palette.

Short-cut key macros can optionally be configured to perform the nudging.

Also allows the size of an object to adjusted using the same arrow buttons.
